2018 was a great year - as well all remember- and Bolney Estate winemakers decided to let the vineyard characteristics come through by keeping the yeast selection neutral, choosing IOC 18-2007 as the dominant yeast strain used. As 2018 was such a ripe year it was not necessary to put all batches through MLF. The final blend reached a poised but demure total acidity.
