This estate grown Waiheke Sauvignon Blanc exhibits fresh herb, nettles and gooseberry characters and contains a splash of Smillon, creating a wine that is fresh and crisp, in a dry fruity style. The Sauvignon Blanc adds the pungency to the aromas and the Smillon adds a remarkable 'chalky' minerality to the wine which, over time, will develop into a wonderfully toasted muesli/tropical fruit character.
