From the outstanding 2000 vintage and scoring 88/100 Parker points, A blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc from yields of 45 hectoliters per hectare, this is a succulent, delicious Bordeaux fruit bomb, or as the French would say, un vin de plaisir. The wine is a deep ruby/purple color, with succulent texture, loads of fruit, and good glycerin. This is a sleeper of the vintage. Drink now - 2030. A lovely gift.
