Ardlair 12 Year Old 2011 Signatory Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This is a very interesting release from Signatory, the whisky was actually distilled at Ardmore distillery, however, is unpeated and was matured in a refill oloroso sherry butt, so quite different from the peated core range that Ardmore release. Bottled at cask strength of 60.9% abv with only 582 bottles produced.
