Tamdhu and sherry casks go hand in hand, the spirit works so well in this style of maturation. Chosen by Alistair Walker to be part of the sixteenth batch of single casks, this sherry bomb of a dram was distilled in 2013 and matured for 10 years in cask. Bottled from a Pedro Ximnez sherry puncheon, 698 bottles have been filled from cask #800069 at 57.9% vol. All the previous PX expression from Infrequent Flyers have been excellent, this is another great pick and could well be our go to dram this festive season!
