Infrequent Flyers
This sumptuous Speysider from Infrequent Flyers was distilled at the Strathmill distillery in 2008 and matured in cask for 16 years. Bottled from a Pedro Ximnez sherry hogshead, only 341 bottles have been filled from cask #135. Great cask management again from Alistair Walker, we've thoroughly enjoyed all the PX matured drams previously released and this is certainly another stellar expression. Released for batch 16, filled at 55.4% vol.
