Lakes Champagne Elderflower Cocktail. 30ml The Lakes Distillery Elderflower Liqueur. 30ml The Lakes Distillery Classic Gin. 15ml Lemon Juice. 15ml Simple Syrup (50/50 water and sugar - warm until all dissolved). 90ml Champagne, or bubbly of your choice. Put the Lakes Elderflower Liqueur, Gin, Lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute. Top up with champagne. Garnish and serve..
