Vegan. What does it mean to be carbon negative?. Two Drifters Distillery is committed to both avoiding and removing CO2.. To that end, they have an electric distillery run on 100% renewable energy, electric vehicles, carbon neutral packaging and courier, sustainable merchandise, a closed loop chilling system and a new bottle design that creates significantly less CO2.. Some CO2 cant be avoided, for instance shipping the molasses, farming the sugarcane, glass bottle production, moving inventory etc. Here they either look for a sustainable alternative or work with Climeworks to physically remove CO2. They remove more than their entire footprint creates, giving them a negative footprint.
