Brings real character to a G&T as the juniper-pine flavour is hard-hitting and easily combats the tonic. Serve with lemon, lime and orange slices for a total flavour bomb!. A perfect oddity for a gin lover and likely to be something they have never tasted before!. Our tasting note: A linear sawn-pine, resiny, juniper nose. Powerful with a direct, mellow, slightly pruney fruitiness. Punchy with a rounded but intense pine resin hit. Warm and long on the finish. Reminiscent of a non-aniseed greek Tsipouro.
