Burnt Faith Brandy, Batch #1 is the inaugural batch from the new Burnt Faith distillery, based in from Walthamstow.Made from eaux-de-vie distilled in France, but aged in England in a mixture of Spanish Brandy, Bourbon, Pineau des Charentes and Cherry Liqueur casks.. The result is a stand-out brandy with complexity and bags of flavour: morello cherries, dark chocolate, toffee, spiced ginger and hazelnuts. Absolutely delicious!. Perfect sipped neat or try it in a Brandy Sour.
