Cotswolds Distillery Sherry Cask Single Malt whisky is a top notch English Whisky from one of England's prettiest located distilleries. Distilled from locally-grown barley, this particular bottling was matured in both American and Spanish oak barrels which previously held Oloroso and Pedro Ximnez sherries.. The nose has appealing toastyfruitcake notes, with spiced apple, brown sugar, and candied ginger. On the palate, there is orange peel, dried fruits and vanilla..
