English Spirit Distillery Old Salt Rum is the first rum ever distilled and distributed in the UK. Fermented from 100% pure sugar cane molasses, as opposed to sugar cane syrup, which is used to make most commercial rums.. Using pure molasses is very tricky, but absolutely worth the effort for the richness and depth that it gives. Triple distilled and oak aged, every drop is smooth and perfectly sippable.. Dont be fooled by the name, it doesnt contain any salt!. Awarded Worlds Best Rum at Hong Kong Rumfest 2014 and Highly Commended at Crafdi Aged Rum Of The Year 2020.
