No super spicy heat!. Made from a single distillation of East Anglian sugar beet vodka, the base spirit, from scratch. Only doing a single distillation of the base vodka is actually a rare feat within the spirits industry as its difficult to producethe legally requiredinitial 96% ABV in onedistillation(normally it takes at least two!). However, the skill of Master Distiller Dr. John Walters and his custom-engineered stillshave created this silky smooth vodka base while retaining delicate creamy flavours.From here the vodka is re-distilled with cocoa and fresh chillies, with just a touch of English sugar added to balance out the flavour profile.. Awarded Highly Commended' at the Great British Food Awards 2020.. Superb luxurious and sophisticated after-dinner drink.
