The Heart Desires was originally conceived as a humble blonde ale made with our house yeast. Over time, the projectevolvedinto a sour beer aged with fruit inBurgundy barrels. Pouring hazy yellow with a fine white head, thischarming creation giveselegantgrape, yeast, herbs, and citrus notes which translate tosoft, balanced shades of Sauvignon Blanc on the tongue.
