Named after the famous cocktail, Between the Sheets started as a bold double stout which we knew would be perfect for barrel ageing and the chance to experiment. We aged half in Caribbean Rum barrels and half in Cognac barrels for 9 months before blending back together. This has created a wonderfully unique beer, with the characters of both spirits pleasantly intertwining with notes of dried fruit, muscovado sugar andoak ABV 8.3% / 375ml bottle Serve at 10-14 Willamette, Tradition, Sorachi Ace Low Colour Maris Otter, Wheat, Chocolate, Beechwood smoked, Dark Crystal, Roasted Barley Black Candied Fruit, Chocolate Dark Sugar, Raisins Brown Butter Caramel Cake You must be 18 or over to purchase this product.
