Dark Rum with the welcome addition of mixed spices, infused with raw, unadulterated honey from the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire. Add further fire to this unique tasting spirit by adding ginger beer for a deliciously refreshing drink. Tightly packed mixed spice with vanilla, cinnamon and honeyed sweetness. Woody flavour adds complexity and structure. Serve suggestion: Serve in a highball glass filled with ice, add 1 wedge lime and 2 slices of fresh ginger. Squeeze the second lime wedge, and pour in Cotswold honey spiced rum then top with ginger beer.
