Aged in refill American oak, the youngest whisky in Port Askaig 100 Proof is seven years old and it is bottled at 100 British proof: 57.1% ABV. Tasting Notes: Rich and meaty smokiness straight off a burning log fire. Sweet and spicy with a long finish but the fruit layers of stewed apples help to balance the smoke.
