Tarquins Cornish Pastis is a contemporary take on the French classic, and the first of its kind to be created in the UK. Distilled by hand in tiny batches near Padstow on the coast of north Cornwall. On top of aniseed, star anise and liquorice, the spirt features fresh citrus zest for a balancing acidity, and gorse flowers foraged on the Cornish clifftops for a special sweetness. With no added sugar, the spirit is wonderfully dry in style and ideal for cocktails. Nose Honey, freshly picked garden herbs. Sweet liquorice. Earthy and aromatic.Body Rich, creamy and citrusy. Peppery spice with a hint of acidity. Finish Sweet-yet-dry and silky smooth. Bitter and sweet.
