The trend for coloured gins may be a modern one, but this intensely coloured example is inspired by a century old recipe. The companys founder left recipe notebooks full of ways to use delicate, aromatic saffron, so the modern team gave his ideas a contemporary twist in gin. The juniper led, traditional base is full of bright spice and citrus, with the saffron building a long finish of honey, butter and spring flowers. Drink on the rocks to enjoy all its subtleties.
