Bloom is tripled distilled using the purest water and all natural botanicals for flavour. Its delicate floral notes and aroma, enriched by the natural botanicals of chamomile, honeysuckle and pomelo, encapsulates the senses of spring and creates a delicate, floral expression, ideal for a delicate gin palate. In addition to the basic botanicals used as a base (Juniper, Angelica, coriander, cubebs), Bloom Gin also has Roman Camomile, Pomelo and Honey suckle. Tasting Note: A sip of Bloom Gin is sweet, delicate and floral, with a citrus finish. The Honeysuckle in Bloom provides natural sweetness and warms up the Chamomile, while the Pomelo offers a soft sun-drenched citrus note to perfectly balance the gin, rounding out Bloom.
