Fifty Pounds
Named after the infamous 1756 Gin Act aimed at raising the quality of gin but which inadvertently helped only bootleggers, Fifty Pounds play their recipe cards close to their chest. They are, however, dedicated to small batch distillation with the finest botanicals, each bottle containing an individual number and distillation year. The gin is clean with notes of sage and pine, biscuit with a nutty element, lavender and a light spiciness closing it out.
